By requesting a Weekdays At Madison visit, your group agrees to abide by the following:

• Student registrations will be completed PRIOR to arrival on campus (registration link can be found in your visit confirmation email).
• Arriving late or failing to show up without notifying the Office of Admissions may result in a $25.00 charge per scheduled tour guide.
• JMU reserves the right to change my schedule if my group arrives late.
• I will provide an accurate head count for all visitors (students and chaperones), and will notify JMU of any head count changes at least 2 business days before our scheduled visit.
• JMU may divide my group into smaller groups in order to provide the best experience possible.
• We require one chaperone per 10 students with a MINIMUM of two chaperones for groups under 10. The maximum group size, including chaperones, is 33.
• Chaperones must stay with their group at all times and react to and/or correct any disruptive behavior from the students (including the use of cell phones or other electronic devices while in the session or on tour).
• JMU's campus is a place of study and a home to our students. Groups will be respectful of JMU students and their living and study spaces.
• JMU reserves the right to terminate a visit and/or refuse future visits if inappropriate behavior occurs while your group is on campus.

Prior to submitting your Weekdays At Madison visit request, please review the following information:

• These visits are designed for high school groups only (geared towards sophomores and juniors). If you are a student or family interested in touring campus, please sign up for a visit on our calendar.
• Schools are responsible for transportation costs and meal voucher purchases. Some schools may be eligible for partial or full coverage of these expenses. Eligibility for expense coverage will be reviewed individually and confirmed during booking.
• Requests will be reviewed in the order that they are received.
• These visits are limited to specific dates and times.
• Due to previous reservations, space constraints, and staffing availability, we may be unable to accommodate all requests.
