This online program prepares graduates for roles to ensuring cost effective care by providing oversight and management of unit (or organization) financial resources and improved patient outcomes via strategic management of human and material resources in health organizations. Students complete a total of 480 clinical practicum hours, applying leadership and management principles in a variety of health care settings with an emphasis on the organizational environment.
