Hometown: Spotsylvania, VA

About Me: Going into college, I was between CS and accounting as my major, and I'm so glad I chose CS! In addition to being an ambassador, I am also a teaching assistant for the CS department. During the summer, I interned for the TSA Chief Counsel's Business Management Office as an IT intern and am continuing part-time this school year. In my free time, I love to play board games, watch/play sports, read, and watch movies!

Why I’m at JMU CS: Coming into this program, I knew the class sizes were small compared to other schools, and that was a huge driving factor. I knew I would get a more tight-knit community feel where I could grow and learn. I had very little exposure to computer science topics prior to college, but the professors and students in this department are so supportive and helpful!

Clubs and Interests: I currently play on intramural field hockey and soccer teams.
