Class of 2027
Dylan started his path as an engineer because he grew up in a family of engineers. He is “more drawn to math and science,” making course work easier in the long run. When his cousin became an EA and took him on a tour, Dylan made his decision to join the Engineering department. “I love the people here and want to get involved with my major and those who are also passionate.”
Dylan also loves sports. His favorites are basketball, hockey and soccer.
How is JMU Engineering preparing you for your future?
“It encouraged me to improve my time management skills and work efforts, which helped me get through my classes and succeed.”
Advice for prospective students:
“Keep your head up and keep going. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed, and be as social as possible.”
