Rachel Arthur started as a Frasure-Kruzel-Drew (FKD) Memorial Fellow in July 2023. She works in tandem with the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery and the Department of State’s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) in their Washington DC office. In her first year as a fellow, Rachel assists PM/WRA’s Resource Management team. Rachel is a recent graduate of Ursinus College with a BA in International Relations as well as minors in Economics, History, and German. Rachel’s interests include multilateral collaboration among states and nongovernmental organizations as it intersects with post-conflict resolution, as well as humanitarian aid work.
