Rabecca Makhuwira is an MPA student at James Madison University (JMU), specializing in NGO management. She serves as a Graduate Assistant at the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery (CISR), where she provides program support. With a strong background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Rabecca has experience working with international organizations in development and humanitarian aid. Rabecca has also participated in prestigious fellowships, including the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI), the Atlas Corps Fellowship, and the Global Leadership Forum. Fully engaged in her MPA program and her work with CISR, she is focused on acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to manage international NGOs effectively. Rabecca is deeply committed to contributing to positive global change.
