Mission Statement:
WAY INDUSTRY, a private manufacturing and trading company, has years of tradition and experience in machinery production. A Slovakian company producing skid-steered loaders and aircraft haulers, among other things, started its demining program in the early 1990s. In 1995 the first model of BOZENA mini-flails was deployed in the field. The mission of the company is to contribute to humanitarian mine action by providing mechanical demining capacity including technical and personnel support worldwide. BOZENA 4 mini-flail system, the latest model, is a tracked mechanical mine clearance machine remotely controlled by a transmitter with a range of 2,000 meters, designed for disposal of AP mines (both pressure and tripwire fused) and for AT mines with up to 9 kg of TNT charge.
