Dr. Jin holds responsibilities related to research methodology, evaluation and assessment, applied statistics, and collaboration and leadership. Dr. Jin is an Associate Professor at James Madison University, specializing in educational measurement, K-16 STEM education, and workforce development. She holds a Ph.D. in Research Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Miami, an M.S. in Statistics, and an M.A. in Second Language Teaching from Utah State University, as well as a B.A. in History from Minzu University of China. She has been contributing to JMU since 2023.
