The Madison Center for Community Development (MCCD) at James Madison University partners with community stakeholders to increase our collective capacity to address local needs and improve social problems.
MCCD is housed within JMU’s Division of Research, Economic Development and Innovation. Our applied action research and evaluation helps advance the vision of the Office of Community and Economic Development, which is to serve as a catalyst for collaborations that support economic vitality and vibrancy in our community.
