Rollin is a Doctoral Assistant with the Madison Center for Community Development. At MDCC, Rollin's work supports research in community response and justice programs. He brings over 15 years of public and private sector experience with a distinct focus on strategy and organizational performance. Rollin's work has included community development, international development, partnerships management, program management, and strategic planning. Rollin received a Master of Business Administration from the Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University. He is currently a doctoral student pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership Studies at JMU. Rollin's research interests include strategy, collaborative networks, and public and nonprofit leadership.
