The Blue interface is intuitive for students and faculty alike. Faculty can add individual questions that add to the departmental level questions and provide feedback to help improve their courses. All questions will utilize a 5-point Likert scale, 5-1 (strongly agree to strongly disagree). Free responses an option for all questions. 

The new online evaluation system provides extensive data reporting and the ability to archive reports.  Below are examples of the Blue system interface and sample reports. The examples show the instructor report and the department report.
