If you are eligible for Virginia Line of Duty Waiver
  • Submit a letter from the employer of the student's deceased parent or spouse saying that he/she was employed by them and that they passed away in the line of duty.
  • Submit a copy of the Death Certificate.
  • Submit proof that the deceased is the parent or spouse of the receiving student.
