Orientation FAQs

Students will need to provide their nine-digit student ID number to speak specifically regarding their account. Parents visiting on behalf of their student will need to be the parent on the student's FAFSA and provide the student's nine-digit student ID number.

It would also be beneficial for a student to bring their Official Aid Offer and questions regarding this offer.

A student can find their ID number at the top of their Student Center in MyMadison.
