Andrew brings experience from various roles in higher education. Most recently, Andrew served as Director of Athletics and Student-Athlete Development at Delta College, where he developed the "Pioneer Pathway to Excellence" vision, a new strategic framework centered on Collaboration, Ambition, and Strategy. This initiative enhanced care, safety, well-being, integrity, transparency, and competitive success for student-athletes, coaches, and support staff.
While in Youngstown, Wingard held three key roles: Manager of Athletic Ticket Sales and Assistant Director of Athletics, Sales & Development for Youngstown State University, before being promoted to Development Officer with the Youngstown State University Foundation. Additionally, he served as a part-time faculty member at Youngstown State University, providing educational support and mentorship to first-year students.

When not working, Andrew enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, and exploring new cities. He channels his creativity through writing, podcasting, cooking, and photography. Passionate about giving back, he finds great fulfillment in mentoring youth.
