How to Register
Students, faculty, and staff from all institutions are welcome to register as a group (recommended) or as individuals.
STEP 1: Submit the Attendee Information with all group members' information to Marlee Meikrantz Sharp at meikramk@jmu.edu by February 18, 2022.
STEP 2: Pay for your individual or group registration by March 1, 2022. (Link will be made available in mid-February.)

What does the registration fee cover?
- access to all the conference related events: speakers, activities, and workshops
- food, drink, and snacks during the conference
- conference materials and swag
Registration is also required for all of the above reasons for non-students (faculty and staff members) who take part in the conference.
Deadlines and Fees
- The Registration Fee is $15 per attendee
- February 18, 2022 - registration is due by submitting the Attendee Information sheet to Marlee Meikrantz Sharp.
- March 1, 2022, at 11:59pm EST - payment for registration is due. (Link will be available mid-February.)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 1, 2022. Substitutions may be made with prior notification.
IMPORTANT: COVID Protocols
During the conference, conference attendees will be masked at all times unless actively eating or drinking. The conference space will be utilized at a 50% capacity to encourage distancing between conference attendees. You can also read more about James Madison University's enhanced cleaning protocols.
Due to the evolving nature of the on-going pandemic, a decision will be made by March 1st if the conference needs to be moved to a virtual platform for the health and safety of conference attendees.
Please note that this is the day that payment is due. We encourage you to wait to submit payment if the decision to be in-person or virtual will affect your attendance.
