Individual counseling offers you a helping relationship to address difficult issues and problems to help you achieve your full potential in all aspects of life.

Play Therapy

Play therapy provides a developmentally appropriate means of communication and self- expression for children. Although persons of all ages may benefit, play therapy is most frequently used with children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old.

Couples and Family Counseling

Couples counseling offers you a way of developing a more rewarding relationship. You can explore ways to communicate and interact that lead to a more fulfilling partnership. In family counseling, you will have the opportunity to work on aspects of family communication and healthy emotional functioning with all members of your family.
