IMPACT3 is a challenging, state-of-the-art, leadership development program designed to create a common leadership culture and enhance effectiveness. IMPACT3 uses innovative learning interventions such as:
- action learning,
- community service,
- experiential learning
- 360-degree feedback
- coaching strategies
- partnerships with private and public sector organizations, and
- executive coaching strategies.
Values for the program were developed as well as a competency model. Once program participants are selected, they are given the task of designing and implementing a project considered beneficial to the university using the tools and curriculum they have been exposed to.
