Madison Meditates: Practicing Presence in Plain Sight
Want to improve your overall sense of well-being and experience more peace and calm?
Join us for this exciting new outdoor pop-up series. 20-min sessions will guide you in learning how to “hit your pause button”, and shift from always “doing” to “being.” Each gathering will begin with a shared thought for the day followed by a brief discussion and short practice in stillness.
Pop-up locations will vary across campus so stay tuned! All are welcome (administrators, faculty, students, staff) … sitting together as One.
Information about time and location for these events will be shared on UREC social media.
Join us as we take a step back from our thoughts and gain presence. The time is always now, so what are you waiting for?! Stop hurrying, start arriving.
