Attention All QuestionPro Users
Information Technology-ComputingIf you have surveys stored in QuestionPro, JMU needs your help!
Recent increases in storage consumption have prompted QuestionPro to request JMU to reduce storage use on the platform. Information Technology is asking survey owners to remove surveys and responses that are no longer needed. If you have surveys or data that are no longer active or no longer need to remain in QuestionPro, we would like you to download them, store them elsewhere (if needed), and/or delete them.

Survey tools at JMU, including QuestionPro, should never be used for long-term storage of data. By policing your own storage consumption, you can help JMU control costs and prevent the implementation of individual storage quotas or survey/data expiration policies.

Please ensure you store downloaded data responsibly by following the University Data Storage Standard, which outlines the classifications of data and the available/acceptable options at JMU.
