Are you looking for ways to get involved on campus? Join us for Explore Madison Week!

Explore Madison week is an opportunity for any JMU student to grow their involvement and community on campus. Events will vary from small student organization involvement fairs to a Taylor Down Under Takeover!

Monday, March 3rd

Explore Madison with Student Leadership and Involvement

9am-11:30am

It’s time to explore James Madison University! Stop by our table locations across campus to learn about the exciting events we have planned to foster connection and community around campus. Grab some cool giveaways from our table and share your JMU involvement story with us. See you there!  

Explore Madison Fair 

4pm-6pm

Explore Madison Fair is a great opportunity to meet one of our student organizations! Find your community by meeting with student organization leaders and learn about their impact on the JMU Campus. Smaller than Student Org Night, this event is a great opportunity to meet with the organization you have considered joining!

Tuesday, March 4th

Student Organization Leader Lunch

11:30am-1:30pm

This lunch is open to all student organization leaders. Join us to share your experience as a student organization leader with our team and other leaders! Even if you can join us for 30 minutes or the full two hours, we would love for you to join one of table discussions. Lunch will be first come, first served. 

Wednesday, March 5th

Tea Time 

3pm-5pm

Join us for our weekly tradition of tea time in the Union! This is a great opportunity to stop by and meet other students!

8pm-10pm

Bring your friends or make new ones in an evening of fun trivia that will be cohosted with JMU Quiz Bowl!

Thursday, March 6th

Spring Housing and Community Fair 2.0

11am- 2pm

Missed the first fair? Your second chance at the perfect place is here! Housing Fair 2.0 is happening on March 6th! Come explore housing options, connect with local community partners, and discover everything the area has to offer. Do not miss out your next home might be waiting for you!

Crafternoon 

12pm-3pm

Join the Student Leadership and Involvement office for an afternoon of fun and engaging crafts!

Explore Madison LEGO Club Night

7pm-9pm 

Celebrate the end of Explore Madison in Taylor Down Under! Join our hosts, the LEGO Club, for fun games and an opportunity to connect with friends!
