The application deadline is published on the program specific page in PTCAS.

Admissions Process
Tufts University will grant assured admission each year into the DPT program on each campus for up to a total of ten qualified James Madison University students who successfully complete the admission requirements and prerequisite courses. Selected applicants will be asked to complete and submit a short video-recorded interview based on a holistic review of the applicant’s application. Successful completion of the interview is required for admissions consideration.
If the number of qualified JMU students exceeds ten, any student not offered admission under this agreement will be considered in relation to other qualified candidates in the general applicant pool.
A representative from the Tufts DPT program will identify the list of qualified applicants and send the list to the JMU Pre-PT advisor who will attempt to clarify for Tufts which students consider Tufts as their primary choice for physical therapy education.
Students accepted to the program will be required to pay a deposit by January 15th in order to reserve a seat in the class.
Tufts University School of medicine reserves the right to make the final admission decision for up to ten applicants (per campus) based upon its admission requirements.
