Madison Vision Series

Bill Bolling is a businessman who previously served as the 39th lieutenant governor of Virginia. Bolling served for two terms as a Republican. He graduated from the University of Charleston and was the first member of his family to graduate from college. Bolling is a vice president with Riggs, Counselman, Michaels and Downes, a large independent insurance agency. In 2018, he joined the James Madison Center for Civic Engagement as a fellows.
