Up and Running with New eVA Trainings (April 2022)
Procurement hosted four Up and Running with New eVA Training sessions via Zoom in April. This two-hour training covered all the basics to ensure you are ready to use New eVA to complete tasks you currently do in eVA.
If you missed these training sessions or would like to watch the session again, the recording of the April 20th Up and Running with New eVA Training is available here. Procurement will provide updates to this video as we learn of changes in New eVA.
New eVA Transition Guide
Procurement Services has created a transition guide to help existing eVA users navigate the new platform at go live. This guide walks through the most common processes users will need to complete to ensure end of fiscal year purchasing can continue. There will be at least one more version published before May 9th, so be mindful of printing this first version.
