The Department of Procurement Services is responsible for the procurement and all contractual agreements of goods, services and construction for the University. In addition, we oversee the University’s Supplier Diversity initiative and all university related eVA processes. Procurement Services follows the NAEP (National Association of Educational Procurement), Division of Administration & Finance, and James Madison University Code of Ethics.
