How to Access Your Digital Diploma or Certificate
- You will receive an email with a link to download your credential when it is available from our trusted partner, CeCredential Trust®. To request a new download link, please use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link.
- You may also use the National Student Clearinghouse to order a Digital Diploma or Certificate through MyHub. Alumni will need to create an account using LinkedIn or Google.
- Students whose diploma or certificates were posted before December 1, 2017 can order a legacy digital diploma using the duplicate diploma re-order form. The cost to re-order a legacy digital diploma is $55.
- You can register for a free account with CeCredential Trust® in order to have lifetime access to your CeDiploma/Certificate.
- If you do not create an account with CeCredential Trust and you no longer have access to the email address from which you received your original invitation, you will need to email graduation@jmu.edu for verification procedures to receive/regain access to the CeCredential Trust store. Once your identity has been verified you will receive a secure link via email. Again, we encourage you to create an account with CeCredential Trust so that you can use that site directly for future download links.
