Final Grade Rosters

Final grade rosters are created in the final week of class instruction. Instructor access to a grade roster is for a limited time. All access to the roster ends on the day and time that grades are due. Grades post to a student transcript the same day. Grade Change Rosters

Grade change rosters are created during the grade posting process. Instructors may access a grade change roster on the day that final grades are due, but only after grades have posted to student transcripts.  Grades changes require department approval before a grade change can be finalized. Midterm Grade Rosters

Midterm grade rosters are created only for classes with first-year-students who are in their first-college-year. Only students meeting both criteria will appear on any mid-term grade roster. Instructor access to a midterm roster ends on the day and time that midterm grades are due. Changes cannot be made to a midterm roster after the grade deadline has passed. Incomplete Grades

The decision to give an incomplete and when to accept final course work belongs with the individual instructor. A grade must be submitted by the end of the next full semester. Instructors should arrange a coursework submittal deadline with the student which allows enough time for the instructor to grade the work. Incomplete grades will be converted to the grade of “F” if a grade is not received by the grade submittal deadline.
