Tyler started his JMU career in 2024 as an administrative assistant in the Office of Research, Economic Development and Innovation (REDI). In this role, he supports the Associate Vice President for Research and Economic Development. Tyler received his Religious Studies degree with a double minor in Old Testament and Pastoral Leadership from Liberty University in 2015. His background working in a finance and non-profit settings as well as extensive experience in both management and support roles enables him to contribute to REDI's goal to serve and support faculty and student academic endeavors.
