Trouble logging in to MyMadison?
  • The Applicant Self-Service Page can help you:
    • Find your JMU assigned eID
    • Get a new link to activate your eID
    • Find the JMU PIN that you set on your application
  • Forgot your password?
    • Click on the "Forgot your password?" link
    • Applicants:  If you receive "An error occurred" message when resetting your password, it is most likely because you have not activated your JMU eID. Visit Self-Help to request a new Account Activation Link.
