The JMU ArtsMobile was created to help JMU’s exemplary arts and design programs engage with communities throughout the Shenandoah Valley in ways our communities find meaningful. The ArtsMobile is a mobile arts site that makes arts and design workshops, performances, and exhibitions available in non-traditional spaces. This project allows students and faculty in the College of Visual and Performing Arts to act on our artistic and moral obligation to provide equitable, accessible, and inclusive arts and design experiences grounded in contemporary practice both within and beyond the JMU community.
