I went to JMU as an undergrad for Theatre and received my teaching license in Theatre Arts. Since then, I've been working for non-profit theatres in Virginia, largely in their education departments developing classes, teaching programs in local schools, and directing youth musical revues. I am a proponent of arts engagement opportunities and deepening community connections. I have had the privilege of working for a DC theatre planning outreach and donor events to increase education/engagement efforts. I am happy to take these experiences and continue to support students by expanding opportunities for career development as part of the University Career Center.
