Fortuna Sahiti is a Graduate Assistant in the Master of Public Administration program at James Madison University. She finished her Bachelor studies at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law with a focus in International Law. Her professional journey includes working as a Research Fellow for the Transitional Justice Resource Center, interning for the Office for Good Governing in the Government of Kosovo, interning for the European Integration Commission in the Parliament of Kosovo, and working as a Contract Management and Procurement Officer for Prishtina's International Airport. Her work as a GA with MCCD is focused on the development of the center, university impact, and collaboration with the recovery court. Her professional interests include the intersection between law and public administration, policy drafting and its effects on underserved communities, and contract management in public service.
