The Academic Affairs Search Toolkit was developed as a companion resource to the Academic Affairs Hiring Guidelines. These guidelines can be found on the Provost's website. Members of an academic affairs search committee must review the materials in this toolkit and certify that they have reviewed them before serving on the committee. Faculty not serving on an active search committee but interacting with candidates at some point during the search process are also encouraged to review the materials; however, they are not required to certify. The link for certification can be found at the bottom of the toolkit. We hope this will be a resource you can revisit whenever you have a question about the search process.
