Welcome to the Office of Faculty Success! We are committed to providing comprehensive support to faculty members from the moment they join JMU and throughout their careers. Our resources and opportunities are designed to enhance success in all aspects of the faculty role. We offer both direct faculty support through programming/events and indirect support through advocacy and resources. Specifically, the office:

Facilitates the Collaborative On Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) survey
Provides resources on work-life balance and equitable workloads
Supports retention and recruitment efforts
Delivers educational development through the Center for Faculty Innovation
