Current PC Prep Students
See the "Forms" tab below for the Student Guide and Exit Checklist planning sheet.
Then, log in to Terra Dotta to upload your "proof" documents to satisfy each of the certificate completion requirements. There are templates in the system under each requirement to guide you. Do this early in the semester in which you are completing the certificate.
