Scholarly Documents and Comprehensive Assessments due: April 14, 2021
Coursework must be completed by: May 6, 2021

August 2021 Graduation

Graduation Applications Open: Sep. 15, 2020
Deadline to Submit Graduation Applications: Oct. 15, 2020
Scholarly Documents and Comprehensive Assessments due: June 25, 2021
Coursework must be completed by: August 6, 2021
August graduates may participate in May 2021 or December 2021 commencement. Check with your graduate program to see if they have a preference as to which ceremony you participate in.

December 2021 Graduation

Graduation Applications Open: March 15, 2021
Deadline to Submit Graduation Applications: April 14, 2021
Scholarly Documents and Comprehensive Assessments due: November 19, 2021
Coursework must be completed by: December 17, 2021
The Graduate School commencement ceremony is scheduled for December 17, 2021. More details will be available closer to this date from the JMU Commencement website.

May and August 2022 graduation dates and deadlines will be available later this summer.
