• Rick Larson, Chair, University Policy Committee
• Their unit director or head
• Their divisional representative on the University Policy Committee
• The appropriate stakeholder representative:
  • Instructional Faculty: Speaker of the Faculty Senate
  • A&P Faculty and Classified Staff: Employee Advisory Committee Co-Chairs
  • Students: Student Government Association President
