Curriculum
Students are required to complete a total of 36 continuous credits of graduate coursework, based on the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ Commission on Colleges, and receive the commensurate number of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) from USAL. The program has three primary focus areas: Spanish Linguistics, Pedagogical Foundings, and Spanish Culture.
During both summers, students are required to attend the organized program excursions to different sites. The excursions in Salamanca and the surrounding focused on the learning of the Spanish culture and history.
The program is designed to be completed in 18 months and it operates as a cohort model starting every summer. Check out the course catalog for the list of courses and curricular information.
