This 36-credit hour master's degree program in education with a concentration in Spanish language and culture is delivered using a blended learning approach (in class and online) and employs a cohort model. Each summer, a new group of students will begin the program by spending six weeks in residence at James Madison University. During the fall and spring semesters, classes will be taught online with synchronous and asynchronous sessions. For the second summer, students will be at the University of Salamanca in Spain for six weeks and then will return home for a final fall semester course online.
