The Sean T. Harrington Scholarship is awarded to a student nominated by a faculty member for their outstanding work and contributions in SMAD.
Sean Harrington, a 1996 alumnus, along with his husband Trevor Rutkowski established this scholarship, which was first awarded in 2023. Sean Harrington is a Senior Business Analyst for WideOrbit. It’s the world’s leading digital and linear media management platform. His career path took him to Disney/ABC and to Nielsen, before WideOrbit. There, he has worked with media companies like NBCUniversal and Univision. He now focuses on next-generation advertising sales tools and multi-platform convergence for customers based outside of the U.S.
