The Assessment Improvement Report Template is the reporting template used by departments within Student Affairs to report on their department's programs. The organization of the template follows the stages of the assessment cycle.
Please note that reports do not need to be extensive in length; we recommend they be under 20 pages.
Completed reports are due at the end of April each year and are rated using the Student Affairs Assessment Improvement Rubric. Departments submitting reports will be provided feedback on how to improve their assessment.
