Tom joined the Talent Development team as a Graduate Assistant in August 2024. His responsibilities include assisting with office tasks, researching content trends, and helping design and deliver professional development materials. He also supports the Volunteer Facilitator Program, evaluates workshop feedback, and maintains the TD Training Resource Collection. Tom is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and graduated with his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from James Madison University in May 2024. A fun fact about him is that he also currently works at the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce, where he works as a social media marketing intern.
