The Talent Development Department partners with on and off-campus subject matter experts to deliver meaningful learning experiences to the JMU community. Volunteer Facilitators are vital contributors to the Talent Development Department as, with their partnership, we provide over 11,000 contact hours of professional development each year. This is possible because of the generous contributions of more than 80 Volunteer Facilitators.
