  This program is designed for those interested or currently in administrative assistant, secretary and executive support staff roles who want to enhance effectiveness, prepare for new roles and expanded responsibilities.

• Advanced Administrative Assistant Certificate Program (Advanced AACP)
  The Advanced AACP is an opportunity to provide administrative assistants with the opportunity to increase self-awareness, expand their skill-sets, and network with other seasoned professionals to enhance individual and organizational performance. Rather than focusing on tasks, this program encourages participants to practice introspection and big picture thinking. The Advanced AACP is designed to be completed in two years (as of 2025).

The Certified Supervisor certification is offered through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM). This certification offers a comprehensive analysis and in-depth knowledge on real-life situations of the job responsibilities of managers and supervisors, and equips them with the knowledge required to be successful in today’s modern workplace.
