Description:

The Assistive Technology and Reasonable Accommodations  module will acquaint individuals with the creative process in Identifying possible reasonable accommodations.  This session will showcase different technology devices and how they can be used in the workplace. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify assistive technology devices used in employment and understand how participants can use these devices in their own companies
  • Understand how self-regulation and sensory AT can help individuals learn and enhance their ability to focus.
  • Learn how DARS has infused AT to improve credential attainment & employment outcomes
  • List AT resources available to businesses and employees
