Description: In this session of Advanced AACP Connect, participants will review and discuss highlights from the book, Managing Multiple Bosses, by Pat Nickerson. This interactive book is filled with case studies and offers solutions for surviving multi-boss stress with sanity and good cheer.  Each chapter explores specific responses to multiple demands such as acting assertively, delegating, managing difficult personalities, and saying "no" without actually using the word.
