The Vice Provost's office for Student Academic Success is responsible for the retention and graduation strategies for the Division of Academic Affairs. Our office works closely with offices across campus, including the Colleges, Office of Admissions, the Orientation Team, the Office of Financial Aid; as well as with several taskforces and leadership groups to maximize success for JMU students. Significant focus areas include advising, transfer and retention in the context of ensuring that JMU addresses the varied and evolving needs of our diverse student populations.
