Broadway High School

2024 marks my 10th year of teaching (and ten years since graduating from JMU with a Master of Arts in Teaching). I’ve taught high school in Augusta County, North Carolina, and Rockingham County. I’m enthusiastic about finding new ways to engage students, and very excited about the chance to teach literature and critical thinking skills for Lab School.

When I’m not teaching or designing curriculum for the upcoming school year, I’m outside on a bike, on a run, or on a playground with my two-year-old.
