The Lab School is to be housed across four high schools within Rockingham County, beginning with Broadway High School and East Rockingham High School in the Fall of 2024. The program is to expand to Turner Ashby and Spotswood High School in 2025.

The Lab School is expected to have 600 students ranging from 9th-12th grade enrolled in the program by the 2028-2029 academic year.
