Eligible Applicants
- Students who are currently enrolled in one of six target schools: Thomas Harrison Middle School, Skyline Middle School, Montevideo Middle School, Harrisonburg High School, Rocktown High School, and Spotswood High School
- Students who are at least 11 years old and are currently enrolled as 5th graders in one of the following elementary schools: Bluestone Elementary, Keister Elementary, Waterman Elementary, Spotswood Elementary, Smithland Elementary, Stone Spring Elementary, Cub Run Elementary, and Peak View Elementary
- Individuals in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County area who are not currently enrolled but are seeking to complete high school or earn a GED (e.g., dropped out of high school)
- Adults in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County area who are currently enrolled or have expressed a desire to enroll in a program of postsecondary education
- In compliance with federal regulations, all applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or in the application process of permanent residency through USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services).
