Eligible Students to Apply
- Students enrolled in one of six target schools: Thomas Harrison Middle School, Skyline Middle School, Montevideo Middle School, Harrisonburg High School, Rocktown High School, and Spotswood High School
- Students in the 5th grade who are at least 11 years old and is currently enrolled in one of the following elementary schools: Bluestone Elementary, Keister Elementary, Waterman Elementary, Spotswood Elementary, Smithland Elementary, Stone Spring Elementary, Cub Run Elementary, and Peak View Elementary
- Adults in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Area: is currently enrolled or has expressed desire to enroll in a program of postsecondary education
- All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or in the application process of becoming a permanent resident through USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services)
