Kaila graduated from Turner Ashby High School in June 2023. As this is her first job, she is excited and committed to helping people in every way she can. Kaila’s role as the Balanced Dukes Assistant contains creating Facebook and Instagram social media posts that gives viewers tips on how to improve their wellness. She also creates the Wellness Wednesday flyers that go out every Wednesday.

Kaila is currently in the Administrative Assistant Certificate Program (AACP) in order to learn new skills and gain knowledge to help her in the future.
